Deepali Ray

Chartered & Cost Accountant turned restaurateur, Deepali moved to Singapore in 1998. Noticing a gap in authentic Indo-Chinese cuisine, she founded Tangra Chinese (2006) under the Fifth Season brand—now grown into Kolkata Beckons and Dipu. Each concept celebrates cultural fusion with craft and care.
